How accurate is it with names, addresses, and license plates?
Very accurate when you use the custom dictionary. Add common street names, suspect names from your jurisdiction, or vehicle identifiers. For alphanumeric codes (license plates), dictate each character individually (“Alpha Bravo Charlie 1 2 3”). The more context you provide via the dictionary, the better the accuracy.
